| Yes, some of our customers do not want the dumpster to sit in front of the house or block the driveway. You may request early morning delivery and same day afternoon pickup. Please make sure your work crews finish loading the dumpster before the scheduled pickup time. |

| We can usually deliver a dumpster on the same day a request is made. Please call early in the morning if you need a dumpster that day. We cannot guarantee same day delivery if you order the dumpster after 12PM. |

| Call on us for a "switchout". We will bring an empty dumpster and remove the full one. You will be required to pay the full price for the second dumpster. Pro-Dump Services, LLC. works on pricing per dumpster (no re-fills), and is based on delivery/pickup expenses, and the dumping fees we pay. **Pro-Dump Services offers volume discounts |

| Construction debris is any material used in the construction or what is physically attached to the house. That includes guttering, windows, cabinets, doors, sheet rock/plaster and even carpet. |

| MSW stands for Municipal Solid Waste. This is the trash you throw out everyday in your weekly trash pickup. This also includes some household furninshings. |

| We accept C.O.D. cash and check at delivery. You must be on location to pay C.O.D., or if you have special placement instructions. IF you pre-pay by Credit Card (Visa, MC, or Discover), you do not have to be on location. We do require a signed service ticket when placing our dumpsters. if you cannot be onsite to sign our ticket, please have a fax number or email address available when ordering. **Please note: If you will not be onsite, it is best to place something like a cone, trashcan or small sign to help our drivers know exactly where you want the dumpster placed. |

YES. Our dumpsters have wheels on the rear that help them "roll-off" onto the ground. We would prefer to place the dumpsters on hard surfaces. Lawns may appear dry, but often with rain, the dumpsters and/or our trucks can sink into the ground. Asphault driveways under the hot summer sun, can have "divets" in them from the weight of the dumpsters. Often putting a piece of plywood down for the dumpster rails to sit on will cut down on possible scratching or scarring of driveways, or ruts in dirt. PRO DUMP SERVICES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY damage incurred due to delivery or pickup of our dumpsters. We will not cross other neighbors property lines without a signed "property damage liability waiver form" from the property owner. Our Drivers have the right to deny placement in areas that they deem "unsafe". Call us if you have questions or concerns on where to place your dumpster.
